It is necessary for us to show our plansand arrangements to you. Our plan is to set off next weekend, when the summer vacation officially begins. And, our purpose is to service the Olympic Games. The first stop is Nanjing, the world-renowned city for its beauty and mild temperature. We’ll get there by train and stay there for 2 days, and then we’ll head for Shanghai.

我们有必要向你们展示我们的计划和安排。我们的计划是下周末出发，暑假正式开始。我们的宗旨是为奥运会服务。第一站是南京，这座以美丽和温和的气温闻名于世的城市。我们坐火车到那儿，在那儿呆两天，然后去上海。

After a 3-day stay there, we will give the coaches there a hand so that the game can be held smoothly. As everybody knows, Shanghai is the busiest city in this game, where we will undertake a lot of work, so the stay there will be about half a week. All together, our trip will last about three weeks.
